System Snapshot results in poor quality images when used with Report Forms

I am developing a Form Based Report using MS Word templates and I'm running into issues using the System Snapshot where the image quality is either poor or results in an error ("This image cannot currently be displayed"). The poor quality is the result of using any System Snapshot options beside Scalable Vector Graphics. The image error is only the result of using the Scalable Vector Graphics option.

I've tested out System Snapshot with Reports and yield completely different results. The image quality are all better and the Scalable Vector Graphic option works the absolute best.

Ideally, I'd want to be able to use the Scalable Vector Graphics option since it will yield the best snapshots of the model.

Why am I seeing this discrepancy? I couldn't find any information pointing to why this might happening.

Hi Gerardo,

Microsoft provided support for SVG in Office 2016, so make sure you are using Word 2016 or later version to open the generated Word report.
