How to create a contour plot from 2D picture

Hello guys, can anyone help me to create a contour from a 2D image, the contour I mean it's like this. Thanks.

Can't you remove the colors to get what you need? And are those extra line pieces on purpose?

It's not about the colour, but if i have an image and i want to create a contour plot from that image what can i do?

If you have image as attached in the left, you can use patch, fill which fills the specififed color. If the image is different one, read about imcontour.
