How can I plot a figure for transfer function of G(s)?

I need plot a superimposed figure for alpha and beta values like the following example. Please help me!
For transfer function G(s)= ϕ=1.0 and a=1.0

Note that ‘immediately’ is not considered to be appropriate on MATLAB Answers, and is to be avoided completely.
That aside, since is going to be complex, what is plotted with respect to α and β?

Sorry about that, it's the first time :(
These are washout controller parameters (α and β) so I need to calculate ranges of α and β when G(jw)<=1. How can I calculate?

Try
Num = []; Den = []; S = tf(Num,Den) You can use plot or steplot as
plot(S) or stepplot(S) or according to the plot you shown as
contourf(alpha,beta,S); Remember that alpha, beta must be vectors must agree with size as S
Where Num and Den are coefficients as row vectors of the transfer function G(s)
