Getting data from accelerometer to MatLab

I am currently using Arduino Mega 2560 board and accelerometer ADXL345. I want to get data from the sensor to Matlab. I'm entirely not sure how to proceed.

So far, I have downloaded support package for Arduino. But I get an error message as shown below.

Is there a different way to do this?
