Simulink online not available?

I read a recent answer in the community that said access to simulink comes along with the matlab online access. Also, this article exlains about the limitations that simulink online has in terms of fearures and commands. Why am I not able to access Simulink Online? I receive message that says "This add-on is not supported in MATLAB Online".
