How to know that reprojection error less than 0.50 pixel is better?

Hello,

I would like to ask about reprojection error. I want to know that which reprojection error is better and which reprojection error is not better? after calibration camera, If reprojection error came 0.50 pixels then is it better or worst? and if error came like 0.20 pixels then why is it better? is there any written proof somewhere about this?
