Covariance matrix of dataset?

How can I find the covariance matrix for the data using the matlab command "cov" I am new to matlab and am having a hard time learning syntax. Attached is the dataset I am using. If you can also explain how many classes there are in general would be nice from what I understand there are only 2 classes?
