I am student from Ukraine, me university do not provide a Matlab license, can I buy student version of software?

I am student from National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, me university do not provide a Matlab license, can I buy a student version of this software? And if yes, for how long I can use this license?
