How to transform image coordinates x,y,z to vertical elevations?

image coordinates need to get transform to vertical elevations..attachment includes local cordinates and edges detected(Ri)

I want to calculate wave runup height. I have Ri (detected runup positions / x- position of pixel cordinates) and xyz (local cordinates)

For calculating the wave runup, image coordinates of runup are transformed to vertical runup elevations.
