My project is : clustering on uncertain data using u-k means algorithm.

Do you have the stats toolbox or are you trying to write your own kmeans from scratch?

Could you give more details or references about "uncertain" kmeans? What have you tried already?

k means in statistics box is normal kmeans clustering. I want to develop kmeans for uncertain data clustering. Please check the following link-
