How maximize to all components inside UIFigure when we maximize to windows in matlab R2016a

I have problem in MATLAB R2016a whenever I maximize to windows the UIFigure components are not maximize according to maximize windows size they remains as it is that's why suggest me how can i automatically maximize to all components in se the UIFigure in proper way in matlab R2016a

I checked the lots of coding example to maximize but it's show that can't change the window state publically and problem is as it is

I am not sure how did the App Designer look like in 2016, but there's an option in some components to AutoResizeChildren under Position group.
