2020b loading through desktop icon after installation

I dont get the 2020b to be started to run : installation is complete, and icon is available to start from desktop; however, neither icon nor program menu , heads up to launch the software. I have 2019b on same system; which goes smoothly.

I have tried running 2020b singly too, that is after removing 2019b
