I want to connect a DC voltage source to a converter, while the port of DC source is gray square and the port of converter is blank square. Could anyone tell me the meaning of gray square port and where I can find a DC voltage source with blank square port?

As per my knowledge there are multiple DC voltage sources available in Simulink and Simscape for physical modelling.
Above one with the Gray filled square terminals are the ideal voltage source maintains a constant voltage across its output terminals, independent of the current flowing through the source. Here the output voltage is defined by a constant voltage parameter. Refer to the documentation for further details on the "Ideal constant voltage source"
The one mention above is the Ideal DC Voltage source which has the white filled square terminals. Refer to the documentation for further details on the "ideal DC voltage source"

Thank you for your constructive answer. By the way, do you know any method that could link blocks in different libraries(simscape and simscapae electric) in Simulink or link the data of them?

@Pratheek Punchathody's answer isn't very clear. The white boxes are terminals of a Specialized Power Systems (SPS) block. The grey ones are those of a Simscape (SSC) block. These can be interfaced using interface blocks that MATLAB provides.
SPS has some special components (like the Controlled Voltage Source block, and an Ideal DC source)
SSC is what we commonly use when building circuits on Simulink (Voltage source, H-bridge, etc)
