M_Map: A Mapping package for Matlab

Hello everyone,

I have the routine attached, the final output of which is two maps, of which one referring to chlorophyll and the other to sea surface temperature.

how can I use the M_MAP: Mapping package for Matlab, to improve my results? to have the land and coast well defined?

please can someone help me adapt the code and use to have the same results with M_Map but with the coast, land well defined?
