newbie in simulink model

i am trying to create a model which delays output transitions from false to true after a particular time, after the input transitions from false to true. so, when my input transitions from false to true, i need to wait for a predefined time and then set output to true otherwise false. please suggest me the easiest way...

How about a NOT block followed by a Delay block?
