Hello,
Assuming you want to create a disturbance of 1 kHz sinusoidal disturbance, please refer to the code below.
t=0 : 0.0001 : 0.01;
f=1000;
Vr=0.1;
Vm=sqrt(2) * Vr;
V= Vm * cos(2*pi*f*t);
plot(t,V)
Assuming if an existing disturbance is there in the signal of given Vrms, you can use notch filtering. Please find the documentation link for notch filtering here
