Numerical differential using a set of data

I have a function b(v), where b is the root of an equation that envolves bessel functions and the input is v. I found b using matlab and I could plot b vs v. The problem is that I need to evaluate d(bv)/dv by using the data that I have. Is there a way to do it in Matlab
