Enable Coverage metrics on a Simulink test suite from Matlab Script

Hi,

I have a task to create a script that will generate coverage for all the tests in a suite. The script I'm working through is able to identify tests to run and run them, but at the moment, none of the tests have coverage enabled and some may also be in the wrong mode (accelerator mode, rather than normal).

Could someone provide information on how I can set these properties through a matlab script?

This does not state how the normal/accelerator mode can be changed. I have seen this page but I don't find it very useful.

In general I really think Mathworks could do with upping their documentation game.
