As per my understanding, you are unable to find parsec parameters of NACA Airfoil.

Feel free to reach out to author for further help.

There are file exchanges for 5 digit Airfoil Generator as well. If needed, you may check them as well.

Thanks for your concern my friend. But the code won't give me 11 parsec parameters.

How can I generate them(11 Parsec parameters)??
