Moving monthly average of SPEI

Is there a way to calculate the SPEI values aggregated to the integration time but as a moving monthly average?

Hi Doriano,

Have a look at https://in.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/movmean.html MATLAB documentation to calculate moving mean. You can specify use this implementation to caluclate moving mean for specific number of elements in history (in your case, 1 month).
