There are on the order of 2 million research papers published per year. If someone were to do nothing but scan research papers looking for matrices being used, with the idea of cataloging "standard" matrices, then they could spend only about 15 seconds per paper, day and night without sleep, year in and year out. Papers about evaporation rates of pesticides. Papers relating to soil formation conditions 5000 years ago, for archaeology purposes. Papers related to relative abundances in particle productions for particle collision purposes. Papers related to soil moisture retention for drought reduction purposes. Papers related to traffic patterns in museums for architecture planning purposes. Papers related to material characteristics for professional wood workers. Papers related to logistics of the Voyageurs and the Vikings for reconstruction of ancient menus. Papers related to materials and resonate frequencies for planning the creation of musical instruments. Papers related to equine biology. Papers related to relative probability of chess positions in various levels of professional play....
...And you are expecting us to tell you where to find the often used matrices for all of those.

There are databases in each descipline that contain various datasets. You should find which sites are relevant in your field.

@high speed, I think the overall message here is that your original message does not have enough detail. You are not putting much energy into your question, and it seems you are expecting us volunteers to do all the work. Instead, please add more detail, and provide as much information as possible, so that we can help.
