Questions regarding the Matlab Web app

Hello,
I have a few questions regarding the Matlab Webapp.
  1. After creating the webapp, how do we deploy the app without using MATLAB Web App Server?
  2. Is it possible to generate the webapp using .m code file that was written using with uicontrol and not using the Matlab app designer?
  3. We would like to be able to get a shareable link – with someone outside of our organization. What are our options? This is supposed to replace the current process where we use an exe file which also demands the local computer to install the updated MCR.
