Why don't I have access to my Academic ThingSpeak account?

I have a valid Academic ThingSpeak license but for some reason, I am still receiving the 15 second message update interval limit which indicates that I am still using the free version of ThingSpeak. How can I resolve this issue for myself and my students?

For ThingSpeak licenses, the License Administrator has to manually add every student/user to the license through License Center (https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter). From there, all added users who have linked their ThingSpeak to their MathWorks account should be able to have a message update interval limit of 1 second.
