Problem using the 2 ways-anova with a post hoc tukey test.

I'm really new using matlab, and I need to do a 2-way anova with a post hoc tukey test, I don't have any idea about how to do it. What I'm looking for is to see diferences in a salinity of sea between years and season, to determines if salinity is similar between years or seasons and between years and seasons. my data is arranged this way. The years are from 2010-2013, season for 1-4 and the respective variable.
