Is VMD non-deterministic algorithm?

I run VMD several times on the same input and input arguments but sometimes out put is not the same.

Some intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) are not the same output.

Is VMD non-deterministic algorithm?

VMD is non-deterministic if you select 'InitializeMethod', 'random', but otherwise should not be non-deterministic.
