Offline Installation of hyperspectral image processing library

I need to be able to install the Image Processing Toolbox Hyperspectral Imaging Library without having an Internet connection. Simply downloading the installer and running it does not accomplish this. Is there a way to install this library without having an Internet connection?

Have a look at this answer which talks about installing toolboxs in an offline machine.
