Is there a way to drag a vertical plot in appdesigner app.uiaxes?

The result of my GUI will display a vertical or for a user. In so e cases, they might want to adjust the vertical line depending on their data. Is there a way to drag the vertical plot in appdesigner app.UIAXES? I've tried a couple of things and one problem I keep running into is that Current point is relative to the entire gui and not just UIAxes.
