Hi @ESRA BETÜL KINACI,

The most common causes for this problem are:

• Windows Firewall is blocking network access
• McAfee or Symantic or other anti-virus software is blocking network access
• proxy problems

You can resolve it by allowing matlab installation to access the network. Please go through the installation guide for a easy installation.
