Transmission of QPSK signal using USRP and receiving it using RTL SDR

I am trying to demodulate a QPSK signal . i am Transmitting it using USRP 200 series and trying to recieve it using RTL SDR but i am anable to get the constillation locked with the diagnissis messgae that specific amount of symbol lost how shoukd i adress this issue
