Model contact forces in custom designed CAD using File Solid?

I tried using convex hull in file solid and then attached spatial contact force between multiple moving components (that shall come in contact), but due to the inaccurate shape exported by convex hull and behaviour isn't what it is supposed to be. Due to the design of component being complex, I is impossible to create an assembly using block components.

Please advice on how to solve this.

One possibility is adding "point cloud" to better model the contact: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sm/ref/pointcloud.html

It takes more resource though.

If you can share a screenshot showing the complexity of the contacting surfaces and how many, there may be some other workarounds.
