It is not likely that the sales team participates in the forum. Why not contacting them directly by email? I'd start to guess the required email address, which you can expect to be obvious.

You can go to mathworks.com and click on one of the several products shown there. It will eventually lead to buy page. You can download from the site after purchasing.
