Is it possible to run a .m file continuosly by changing the input parameters?

I am having a function in .m file. But the input to this function comes from a simulink block. I passed the input into workspace. But how to run the file continously with changing inputs. I tried using matlab function block but it shows a lot of errors. Is there any method, other than using a matlab function block,to call a function inside a simulink model.

Matlab function block doesn't allow all matlab function. You can use Interpreted Matlab Function
