System Target Files for TI C2000 DSP's in RTW

My system target file for TI C2000 DSP's is missing in Real Time Workshop whenever i click on "Browse" to select the target file.
  • I have MATLAB 7.10.0(R2010a) installed on my pc
  • I have looked in "matlabroot" directory as well but my target is missing
Sould I reinstall MATLAB or an add-on patch is available ? Please help.
