Why do I receive a blank "Directory Selection" screen when attempting to download using the Download Agent?

I have launched the Download Agent and the title window says "Directory Selection", however it is blank and I cannot continue through the download process.

There is an issue with the Download Agent on certain clients which is under investigation. At this time, you can try to diagnose the Download Agent by going to the related Solution: "Why does the Download Agent crash or fail to download my MATLAB products?" Alternatively, you can download the files manually, by clicking on the manual download link on the Download Agent page.

If none of these options allow you to download your MathWorks products, contact the Installation and Licensing team for additional support:
