MATLAB real time applications with Texas Instrument Code Composer Studio version 4

Can anyone please tell me if there is any MATLAB/Simulink support for real time applications using Texas Instrument Code Composer Studio version 4 on TMS320C6748 DSP processor?

It appears that C64x+ processors are supported in general. The documentation talks about Creating a Custom Target Preferences Block for OMAP-L138/C6748 EVM, so you should be able to develop for C6748 provided that you have a license for the Embedded Coder product.
