You can create signals for sample-based and frame-based processing using the source blocks and System objects from DSP System Toolbox™.
The source blocks such as Colored Noise and Sine Wave blocks generate signals using a predefined algorithm. Most of these blocks can control number of samples in each frame (column) that they generate.
