how to read a video

hi i m doing a project on image processing i want to click a pic and than process it so hw to click d pic and send it to input of that m file??

if i m using videoreader thn also it is not working plz help me with this

VideoReader was not introduced at that time (2001). You need to upgrade your 13 year old version - it's about time.
