I have 12 matrices, all 35x43. I want to make them into one 35x43x12 matrix. What is the best way to do so?
I am very new to matlab, so would appreciate as much step by step detail as possible
Thanks in advance for any help!

array3d = cat(3, array1, array2, array3, array4, array5, array6,...
array7, array8, array9, array10, array11, array12);

@Image Analyst Hello, how about having 100 arrays, how can we use cat ? thanks in advance.

If you were unwise enough to generate 100 differently named individual arrays, then you have to pay the price by calling cat() with 100 differently named arrays as arguments. Hopefully then you'll learn not to make variables like that and just make them in a 3-D array in the first place.
