how can i segment words to characters

can anyone help me on how i segment these braille words to braille characters?

i need to apply my proposed algorithm for braille character recognition

Several papers have been published on it. Search this page for Braille to find the articles. Pick one and code it up. Obviously no one here has code for any of the papers on that page.
