matlab installer key is not working what to do ?

i am clicking on setup key then it shows two option yes or no if click on yes then nothing happen only a circle on my courser rotate and then no matalb symbol appear and not matlab software run . Nothing happens it like i have done nothing .

Please create a service request and work with the Technical Support team to determine why the installer is not performing as expected on your machine.
