how should i contact my administrator to get my license key?

i am an undergraduate student .so i want to link my free matlab license to my account .so how i can get my license key/

Why ask that question here? Your administrator would be somebody who works at your university, so it's no one the online community would be familiar with.

Contact your administrator. In person, phone, mail, message. You might even talk to them in person. Surely that is your decision.

Answers is not customer support anyway. We don't know who that person would be.

Go here to see if your college or university has a campus-wide license. If you do I suspect it will be able to tell you how to associate yourself with that license or who you will need to contact.

If it doesn't, but you're associated with a different license, try the License Center as indicated by this Answers post.

If neither of those work you probably need to contact someone in your college or university's IT department (whoever you'd contact with questions about your university email account, for example) or Customer Service.
