How to plot a function F(a,b) having a matrix F (axb)

Hello,

I have obtained a matrix for a stress component syy that is 801x180. This stress depends on another stress s that takes integer values from -400MPa to 400MPa (801 values) and angle of a crack from 0 to 179 deg (180 values). How can i plot that?

Feel free to suggest cool ways as well. 20% of my mark is nice presentation. Thanks
