MathWorks License Update Required

Hi all,

I've been using Matlab/Simulink's academical version. My license is provided by my university. I can't update my license and this window pops up. How can I fix this issue?

Hello, try to sign out and resign in.

I think that worked for me. I've restarted the program and error message didn't pop up.
