Hi Experts, I have the following svm implementation , i m getting this error "The number of rows of the string matrix must match the number of elements in the cell." at code line classperf(cp,classes,data);

What does this say

whos cp
whos classes
whos data

if you put it just before the line where it throws an error? Does "The number of rows of the string matrix" match the "number of elements in the cell" like it wants?

I don't have the Bioinformatics Toolbox so I'm not sure what it calls the string and the cell array, but if classes is the string (because its data type is char), then it has 6 rows. It requires the cell to have 6 elements. I'm not sure if that means 6 cells in a cell array or a single cell where the contents are an array with 6 elements. See http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#What_is_a_cell_array.3F But whatever it is, it doesn't like it. It looks like cp might be an object ("class") of type "biolearning.classperformance" so that would leave data to be the cell. However, data is NOT a cell - it's a double array. And it does not have 6 elements - it has 255 elements.

That's about all the help I can offer because I can't run those functions because I don't have the Bioinformatics Toolbox. Good luck.

Sounds like Image Analyst is about right, but if you can not solve it with his hints, add output5.png and I'll give it a try.
