Can I use student's license for my Master's degree thesis, which is related to a project being developed in the company I work for?

I'm a graduate student pursuing my Master's degree and my thesis is related to a project being developed in the company I work for. Given that my teacher advisor is in accord to this, can I use a student's license to produce results for my thesis, and therefore for the company's project?

In my opinion, yes, because the code you develop will be directly used in your thesis. Now if your project was totally unrelated to your thesis, then probably not and the company would have to buy you a license for work that was strictly for their benefit.

Only if the company is not given the results any more than a copy of the thesis (that would have to be made publicly available), and all of the calculations were on equipment that you own.

Student and Academic licenses cannot be installed on commercial equipment, and such licenses cannot be used to give any company commercial advantage over other companies.
