I want to save it to my folder and used the following function
saveas(f,'Figure_001','bmp')
The issue with this line of code is that I want to see bigger image but this function saving samll image. Is there a way to save image with higher dimensions? I am attaching the picture in the way I want to see and what I got in the .zip file

You might try making the figure larger before saving, e.g.:
f.WindowState = 'Maximized';
saveas(f,'Figure_001','bmp')
and/or you can use exportgraphics, and see if that gives you a better result than saveas does (however, exportgraphics does not appear to support bmp format).

If there are graphics in the overlay you can save the figure, but if there are no graphics in the overlay and it's just purely an image then you should use imwrite instead.
