How can I plot the .asc file in matlab

Hi I have a .asc file I need a program to plot it on matlab. Also I wanted to know how can I install google earth toolbox in matlab and plot the same on google earth too.

What Google earth toolbox? Do you mean the Mathworks' Mapping Toolbox? Or is it some toolbox distributed by Google itself? If so, what's the link to it? Do you know the format of the .asc files? Are they text files or binary files?
