How to extract common Group in three countries

I have the following list:

Country	Group1	Group2
Country1	VG	Ge
Country1	VA	AR
Country1	VC	VF
Country1	VG	VF
Country1	AR	GE
Country2	VA	AR
Country2	VG	VF
Country2	VA	VG
Country2	VC	VF
Country3	VC	VF
Country3	VG	VF
Country3	VA	VG
Country3	VA	AR
Country3	AR	GE

I want to extract commonly list of Group1&Group2 (Group1 &Group2 should appear in all three countries)those should commonly appear in all three countries.

I don't know what a "commonly list" is. Please give your desired output.

Sir, My desired output is below:
VA AR
VC VF
VG VF
Because these three pairs (My means of pairs is Group1&Group2 is a pair) appear in all three countries.
