I have a question in running my program

Hi I just bought matlab and download on my laptop

but still I can't run my program

I can only see the running screen as below and then the program just shuts down.

Is there any how I can fix this problem?

What brand computer?
How much memory?
What operating system?

Actually, personally, I don't want to see any of what John asked for because it won't affect the answer that I'll give you, which is to read the FAQ.
