How can I measure the Hausdorff distance and average Hausdorff distance for two medical images with code please?

I have CT lung images and segmented the lungs from backgrounds by two methods and I want to apply Hausdorff distance and average Hausdorff distance as metrics for evaluation of the two methods results in lungs segmentation. So, if that's possible, could you send me the code? As further information, my images are 512*512 pixels.
